Mediation

Verity Group provides nationally accredited mediation (AMDRAS) services. Mediation is a formal, structured process designed to help conflicting parties work towards a sustainable, productive relationship. This voluntary process is guided by an accredited Mediator who facilitates open communication between the individuals involved.


Mediation offers participants a safe space to express their concerns and listen to the other party. The Mediator encourages collaborative problem-solving to reach a mutually beneficial agreement.


Facilitated Discussions

A facilitated discussion offers an informal and flexible approach to dispute resolution, led by an independent facilitator. This process enables participants to engage in respectful, focused conversations to address sources of disagreement and explore constructive solutions.


Conflict Coaching

Conflict Coaching provides personalised support and guidance to individuals aiming to enhance their conflict management skills. This approach helps participants: 

  • Prevent disputes from escalating unnecessarily
  • Develop stronger conflict management capabilities
  • Improve communication for challenging conversations
  • Focus on effective conflict management, rather than solely on resolution


Resolution Coaching

Resolve & Evolve Program

The Resolve & Evolve Program is a collaborative dispute resolution approach unique to Verity Group.  


The Resolve & Evolve framework consists of both facilitative and advisory components, which are focused on tailored solutions


The goal of the program is to reconnect individuals, or a team, in order to alleviate toxic situations and re-establish positive working relationships so that team members can move forward productively.  


The aim is to improve work team climate, intervene before any behaviours escalate to bullying (or stress claims), and promote a culture of mutual respect and support.
