Our Expertise
The Director and Principal Consultant, Jo Siggins has over 23 years' experience managing and conducting a wide range of investigations, including serious misconduct, complex fraud and corruption, policy breaches, WHS incidents and allegations of bullying, harassment and discrimination. Jo is a licensed Inquiry Agent (Tas) and an AHRI professional member.
Jo is also a Nationally Accredited Mediator (NMAS) with a comprehensive understanding of the complex nature of workplace disputes. Jo provides tailored, practical services to assist in resolving conflict and dysfunction in order to restore appropriate working relationships.
Jo utilises her skills and experience to assist workplaces around Australia to resolve conflict, and manage conduct concerns, and she is passionate about helping organisations develop strategies to encourage a positive workplace culture.
