IN-PERSON MEETINGS

For the safety of our team and our clients, health screening and meeting requirements apply for all in-person meetings with Verity Group. 

In accordance with our Work Health & Safety policies, COVID Safety Plan, and Business Continuity Protocols, we appreciate your cooperation with the following:

1. Health screening.  Please notify us prior to your scheduled meeting, and do not attend, if you answer yes to any of the below:

• Have you tested positive to ANY respiratory illness, including COVID-19, RSV, or flu in the past 14 days?
• Are you feeling unwell?
• Do you have, or do you present with, any cold or flu symptoms?
• Are you a current close contact of a positive case?

Please note that meetings may be re-scheduled at our discretion.

2. Meeting participants will be required to comply with WHS requirements at the meeting location, such as sanitiser use and physical distancing.  

3. We have a no-handshake policy.  "No offence - it just makes sense".  We appreciate your understanding.

4. You must advise Verity Group of any third parties that will be attending (such as a support person) and provide their name/s.   The above health screening and meeting requirements apply to all persons attending.

5. Please advise us prior to your meeting if you have any questions regarding the above. Verity Group may amend these terms at any time at our sole discretion. Scheduling a meeting with Verity Group indicates your acceptance of the above conditions.
